Move the position of this indicator on the panel.

No behavior changes -- only changes the position of the indicator on the panel as described in the Bug Description of bug #1377294

Testing: All MPs associated with 1377294 can be tested together very simply if the MPs are siloed together -- just install them all and confirm that the indicator order on the panel matches the order listed in the Bug Description.
