We are having a new release of ubuntu-advantage-client (27.2) and this MR has the proposed changes for the bionic package.

This set of commits is a result of feedback from SRU review/rejection that Xenial Depends: constraints on distro-info (= 0.14ubuntu0.2) were not permissive of potential upgrades to distro-info.
