Code review comment for ~chad.smith/cloud-init:collect-logs

Others (rbasak) disagree, but if I run:
  $ cloud-init collect-logs

And it shows me nothing. I wonder what it did, and if it did something.

I'd prefer:
  $ cloud-init collect-logs
  wrote cloud-init.tar.gz

other things:
 * 'version' file has no carriage return.
