Use "-k" when invoking "make exes"

Due to a Makefile bug, "make exes" acquires more targets than it
should, and errors out when trying to build all of them. For this
reason, we have to invoke "make" using "-k", which makes it ignore
errors and proceed compiling the binaries.

This fixes a bug which was preventing the OCI image from being built
on non-amd64 architectures.
