To address the issue it is implemented a mechanism to tap exactly in the center of the map to make sure we are going to be always taping in the same coordinates independently of the device screen size.

Now the web app tests have access to the webapp proxy object and the webdriver as well.

Two issues fixed:

1. In the network wizard page now is scrolling when the access point is not being displayed in the list.
2. The reporting page is skipped when the reporting is set as default

Improvement:

1. Update the testbed.RemoveNetworks to use the method run_command_with_sudo instead of make the sudo call manually.
