Ubuntu commit 8bf5a702a8a3 ("UBUNTU: [Config] updateconfigs for DIMLIB")
enabled the DIMLIB feature and broadcom/mellanox/ena drivers have been
updated to use it. This kernel's config happens to depend on at least
one of the affected drivers and therefore now DIMLIB is selected.
