UBUNTU: [Config] kvm: Enable ARCH_RANDOM

On x86 vms, we want to be able to expose the RDRAND instruction to
be able to generate real hardware randomness, especially on entropy
constrained vm environments.

Due to a recent rework in random and commit d3457d0bceb4
(random: credit cpu and bootloader seeds by default) changing the config
dependencies, CONFIG_RANDOM_TRUST_CPU was being disabled which would
disable the RDRAND cpu instruction from being used. We want this
instruction to be enabled so we should enable CONFIG_ARCH_RANDOM.
