Revert "UBUNTU: Packaging: final-checks: remove trailing backport suffix"

This reverts commit c4c22abbb333f3996f88475bd5e938d3feaa332e. When
correctly naming the previous ABI directory and keeping the changelog
from resetting, then this change is not needed and actually wrong.
