dwc2: Don't skip it on Pi 5B

Pi 5B has a DWC controller as well, so run the test.

tests: Use systemd journal to query kernel messages

Tests that rely on parsing kernel messages may fail in case the kernel
ring buffer rolls over. The systemd journal buffers significantly more
messages and should hence avoid this limitation that can cause tests to
fail. This also ensures compatibilty with autotest, since autotest will
clear the buffer before running tests.
