Remove kernel selftests, net and ftrace from ADT testing

The testsuites run both with ADT and RT testing
but need to be hinted often. Removing it from ADT
testing because hinting is too time consuming
and rerunning the tests takes quite long.

lib/testsprops.py: enlist ubuntu_kselftests_ftrace test

`ubuntu_kernel_selftests` has been duplicated but not the
corresponding test profile.

lib/testsprops.py: Add ubuntu_kselftests_ftrace test

Add the newly created ubuntu_kselftests_ftrace to those test plans
with ubuntu_kernel_selftests.

Note that only the dep8 test plan will be used by the kernel ADT test.
I just add it to other plans for consistency.

For regression-testing, we are using CKCT and this has already landed
there.
