Fixed failing functional tests.
Details

Because of the latest change to how sreg attributes are being selected for sending to the consumer (they need to be approved by the user, unless the RP is trusted), the functional tests needed to be adapted.
Also fixed a couple of unit tests to make them work across django 1.1.2, 1.1.4 and 1.3.
