Merge ubuntu-security-britney:trusty-amd64-only into ubuntu-security-britney:master

We only run amd64 tests for Trusty because that is the only arch supported by ESM.

I thought I had seen security folks asking for the converse, that they wanted the tests to run. Was that just because britney was blocking due to lack of tests and they have no real interest in having the tests run?
