Ignore menus from gtkmodelmenu, in two ways:

    - if we notice a GtkMenuShell from a gtkmodelmenu then don't try to
      monitor its toplevel

    - when searching for menubars inside of toplevels, ignore ones created
      by gtkmodelmenu. Approved by jenkins, Ted Gould.
