Description of the change
This was causing unforeseen problems when we tried to upgrade prodstack. This revision file was only added to make charm-proof happy and was never used, thus never updated and apparently it's not even required by Juju anymore. If present it'll make Juju stick to this revision during upgrades :-(
Any previous deployment of the charm containing this revision will need to be manually updated to this version WITHOUT this file. The spec will be updated shortly to only use the Capomastro charm starting from this fixed commit.
