covergloobus opens only one config window at once, config window is closed when covergloobus is closed, covergloobus saves its pid in /tmp/covergloob
us.pid, at startup it checks pid if another CG is running it exit with a warning, this way only one cg instance is possible; covergloobus-config if run without commandline arguments checks /tmp/covergloob us.pid for pid and if found uses it - 192. By Alexandr Grigorcea
