job now completed - can set fields to empty on an import if rules allow for it

taken out print statements as all looks okay. The xml_id not saving on one2many records appears to be how it works as I tested it by reverting code prior to these changes

empty fields now works in one2many field as well .. kept prints in (although commented out) as need to find out why when using xml_id it creates new records on each load .. maybe this is the way it works i nay case

Allow blank values on import for all field types. Hence existing values can be overridden

ensure import can handle blank strings for text and char fields, now will override existing data with nothing. Previously, no blank data was allowed to do this.
