5590. By snook on 2012-06-08: [BUG] commit 5580.1.169 only sending fields if resolve to True but means externally you may not get field in dictionary.
External code was crashing with KeyError as expected all defined fields to be sent.
Also appears this new code would stop sending empty strings ("").
