Also merge tags when initialising one upstream from another.
If we don't merge the tags here then they are only visible in older
branches.Also it can cause a failure if the changelog drops a later upstream
version from it, as the importer goes back to an older upstream version

Use properties.
tarball_ dir() instead of .target_dir(), as the latter

Handle result and build dirs being the same better.
If the result and build dirs are the same, but have different paths
the simple check for equality of the paths doesn't work. Make it check
abspaths instead.Also check os.path.samefile before moving the files to avoid the exception
if the check doesn't catch a case. - 288. By James Westby

Pass --only-source to "apt-get source" call
This will prevent apt from assuming the package name we pass is a binary
package name which it must look up the source for. This would cause problems
when there are a source package and binary package that are named the same,
but the binary package isn't built from the source package, e.g. firefox,
linux. (bug #275446)
