bookmarks need their own directory or life becomes more complicated, so now temp bookmarks have their own subdir in /tmp/fluxable

Added values for bookmark storage paths

New fluxability scripts make both tmp and persistent bookmarks available on the comandline independent of any fiulemanager.
These will eventually be available in fluxable-newmenu via the filemanager it is using.

Logout code now supports more graphical environments

IOriginal logout code was imported from the vnx branch and only suppored unity, mate and gnome desktops.
Now fluxbox and xfce are also supported, and if no supported graphical environment is detected the logout item is not created.

Logout only works for mate, gnome and unity desktops for now, need to add testing for other common graphical sessions such as XFCE, LXDE and Fluxbox...

missing ~/.fluxable now auto-added&msgs improved

There was a potential problem when installed with pacman on arch if the user did not manually create her ~/.fluxable directory. Now this is checked for
each run of the main script and the dir is added if missing.
Messging is is improvedwhen run from outside of a graphical session.
Minor code realignment and comment updates...
