- Upgraded from xlrd 0.7.1 to xlrd 0.7.5.
- Added sheet name and cell number in invalid cell type error message.
- Adjusted nominal gage length to match ISO 8256 Type 3.

- Worked on eliminating magic numbers in the measurement file.
- Finished making dimension dictionary work.
- Implemented the stress strain curve plotting with fudged gage length. Not sure what to do here since gage length isn't stored anywhere in these files and I don't want to require user interaction. Maybe a gage length constant that the user can set at the very top of the script or some sort of config file?
- Found a typo in the measurement sheet when it triggered a bug in my magic number search. Shows that my code is still too brittle, but it is progress.
