Auto-update widgets when uploading attachments to bugzilla

When forwarding attachments from launchpad to bugzilla, you have to type
in a description and select the file type. These can all mostly be
ascertained by using the uploaded filename, so do so by default.

Yeah, I know technically this script isn't for launchpad, but this fixes
a nit that is common when using launchpad for forwarding bug reports.
