Add tests for recently added functionality, and fix things up to pass

* Attachment needs to expose the filename so Attachment's
  check_required_files() routine can test against it.

* Drop Attachment's filtered_attachments() member as we can just listify
  the generator routine to get the same results.

* Add operators for eq/ne to Attachment and Person so containment tests
  properly.
