save work on close / load when app starts

The save and load dialogs built into Qt are painful.

This patch fixes up the pager screen so that it serves as a saved page
loader, book loader, and save dialog too.

Asthetic fix for fractal and spiral generators

These generators were coming up with a random angle, then trying to
count evenly around 360 degrees using that random angle, and sometimes
this wouldn't quite work out. Instead, come up with a random integer and
divide the circle by that number instead to compute the angle, which
should always work out evenly and give a nice regular pattern without an
occasional missing arm.

I could see someone with OCD having a cow about that.
