Requesting review from cjwatson, as I remember talking to him about this package and he saying something about other packages actually providing the blacklist content. So not sure this is the right place to list adapters.

No, that's fine - grub-gfxpayload-lists does allow other packages to provide blacklist entries, but that's for cases where the decision on whether or not to blacklist depends on what other packages you have installed (i.e. proprietary drivers). For things that are known not to work with gfxpayload=keep no matter what, blacklisting them in grub-gfxpayload-lists is appropriate.
