Switch from handling launchpad credentials ourselves, to lpltk

Also drop some other Application machinery that managed those
credentials. Ultimately I think we are going to need a somewhat
different system for persisting authentication credentials.

And migrate some page-specific data to the functions pertaining to the
creation of those pages. This bloats those routines (for now) but lets
us slim down the class definition.

Make the bug_id a volatile parameter.

We don't know the bugzilla bug id initially when BugzillaAdapter is
constructed, since we're going to (eventually) use the class to file the
bug. So for now just take it as a parameter to functions that operate
on an already-filed bug.
