Fix the schedules per included folder:
- Hardlinks the whole last snapshot
- Only updates the folders that are scheduled for that time
- Got rid of some copying, that to my opinion was not necessary

>>> As all the included folders are copied each time, this consumes a higher amount of space on filesystems that do not support hardlinking like FAT32
