   - Get rid of unnecessary STORAGDIR string in sprintf. This

Update snapcraft.yaml for new 16.04/rolling changes

New images were released for rollling/16.04 on Feb 3
2016. The biggest change is the move to the new
incompatible meta/snap.yaml format.

The highlights:
- new snap.yaml format
- new `snap` command that will replace `snappy` eventually
- the `snappy search` command is replaced with `snap find`
- the rpi2 uses `ubuntu-core` as the name for the core snap
