by accident in the merge ab6d436ec4.

Delete migrate_scripts_python3.patch

It doesn't apply anymore, nobody wants to maintain it, and probably nobody
in Ubuntu needs it. So drop the patch.

If you really want to run the test scripts and only have python3 then
you should propose it UPSTREAM.
