Factored out the typecasting function from Options to it's own module under Utils/. Added tests to the project. A CMakeLists.txt and example tests for the TypeCasts moduel can be found in the tests/ folder.

Added propper converions to Options (instead of casts) for the get* functions. You can now compile and run Anakha with options on and use them for the basic arguments to Ogre. Work remains, see comments in Options/Options.cpp for details ...

Final fixes to v 0.1 of the CMake script. It should now compile fine provided that caudio and berkelium are present in their local paths.
