Merge lp:~blkperl/ubuntu/precise/plymouth/fix_blank_screen into lp:ubuntu/precise/plymouth

This commit adds a chvt 1 after plymouth quits to prevent a blank screen
on boot when there is no login manager installed.

I've tested the change, it's good.

You just need to fix the changelog entry to change the _current_ version and not create a new package revision, and file an actual bug that this change will fix.
