Merge lp:~bladernr/checkbox/ppppcc-remove-soc-packaging into lp:~checkbox-dev/checkbox/ppa-packaging-plainbox-provider-canonical-certification

This is the second part of removing the SoC packages... this cleans up p-p-p-p-c-c.

After this is merged, just need someone to delete any recipes from the various PPAs.

Looks OK to me, thanks for removing this.

I didn't find any recipes building this, I guess because it's built as a binary of plainbox-provider-canonical-certification, so I'm pretty sure no extra work should be needed.
