Lastest version updated.

Things fixed:
  * Added the ubbu executable into the usr/bin. There was still some errors. So the debian/rules file was fixed.
  * Added the executable file to the usr/bin.
  * Fixed the description of the file with the proper one.
  * Fixed couple of comments that were wrong.

Final version with couple of grammar error fixed. File has been tested and it works properly being able to create the tar file with no problem.
