Description of the change

Changes to produce Zim 0.54 Windows build
-----------------------------------------

All changes I made are in the ./windows folder. Mostly implementing Portable build fixes given to me in this thread:

These changes are already released in binary form at http://www.glump.net/software/zim and I'll be submitting to the PortableApps.com team for further review and eventual inclusion in their catalog.
