Removed file inconsistency and replaced with the standard then created symlink.

Thanks for your branch, but I'm not quite sure this is right. After merging that in I see:
$ ls -l ls -l *warty*
lrwxrwxrwx 1 egon egon 22 Apr 10 18:03 warty-final-ubuntu.png -> warty-final-ubuntu.jpg
but the link target warty-final-ubuntu.jpg appears to be not there. Is this intended?

A debian/changelog entry would also be nice.

A symlink from the png to the new jpg should exist? I can do a changelog entry I totally spaced that.

Hi,
Unity 2D may have been culprit, we have MR in queue to fix this issue. Will these 2 MRs work together to fully fix this ancient bug?

IMHO, there should be only one JPEG file left:
/usr/share/backgrounds/warty-final-ubuntu.jpg
without any fake PNG symlinks.
