Add search_words() and make it work for searching for None.

Searching for None returns all the words in the language.

Fix code to inherit from the Storm base class.

This makes it possible to reference columns by strings instead of direct
references, reducing the risk for circular imports.

This patch also makes use of ReferenceSet.add(), to get rid of a lot of
code in references.py, as well as cleaning up all the pyflakes warnings.
