Use the name the unit of which landscape-client is connected to as
the computer title, in order to get a more descriptive title. That is,
so that the title will become some-service/0 instead of landscape-client/0.

Also remove the computer title for the charm config, since the config can
be shared between multiple units, but titles need to be unique for each unit.
