1.0 release. Fixed some minor bugs, added an "About" dialog from the settings menu.

Added new landscape layout that should make better use of the horizontal space on most devices. Added ability for app to remain connected to a modbus device when physically rotated. This is the final commit prior to 1.0 release barring any major bug discoveries.

Clean-up, bugfixes, minor stuff. Shows messages now when connection is lost or reset. Need to determine final behavior of list display of modbus values when we disconnect, or when we only poll once (i.e. polltime=0).

Features basically complete. Writes all appear to be working against the modbus simulator. Need to test actual devices now. Also I think I found where we can do a byte-swap on the read in the library for big-endian vs. little-endian devices.
