Tweaked kicad2cxf conversion. Next is a program to convert the old

Added a small program to convert the newstroke font into a QCad CXF formatted font.
The resulting newstroke.cxf font can simply be added to
/usr/share/qcad/fonts to use them with QCad. The fonts were tested and
scaled to be similar to the Hershey's simplex fonts already present in
QCad. The next step will be to create the old KiCad fonts as a CXF
formatted font, and eventually convert KiCad to read CXF fonts. This
will give access to all of QCad's CXF font, and, in particular, its
