Replaced direct call for BibCiteGUI.updateTree() in BibCiteGUI.MenuActionListener with call for dbModel.updateTree() as events should be directed and controlled by dbModel - which probably should be divided in dbModel.java and uiControl.java; added explanatory comment to IOexception in InternetTools.java

Improved text for pdf import menuitems; fixed flickering of TreeSelectionGUI by invoking dbModel.upateTree() only at the end of importing, not whenever an object was stored, but updateTree now has to be called manually instead automatically whenever an object is stored via dbModel.storeObject()
