Thanks for your work on this.

A few things:
 - the change in debian/control is correct
 - you added "LP: #729855" at the bottom of debian/changelog - it shouldn't be there
 - please change "maverick" to "natty"
 - also 0.9.2.3383+dfsg-1ubuntu3 is not the correct version number - it should be 0.9.2.3383+dfsg-1ubuntu1
 - instead of "LP729855 *Typo corrected" I would write something like " * debian/control: fix typo in package description (LP: #729855)

I give this feedback to illustrate, how to write clearer changelog entries.

In this case, I would suggest to use a different route though. I encourage you to send this patch to Debian. The package is currently in sync with Debian and the patch would benefit both distributions. https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Debian/Bugs should explain how. If you need any help, please let me know.
