Bill Rozeboom recently agreed to license his HYBALL code under the GPL version 3 or later, making it legal to integrate it with FAiR. HYBALL is written in FORTRAN and it is not yet known which compilers can handle it. It may be more feasible to "translate" the FORTRAN code into R code for use with Rotate() or it may be easier to have Rotate() call compiled code. Anyway, it is all here for anyone who is interested, along with several explanatory files written by Bill Rozeboom. There seem to be some weird encoding issues with some of the characters but fixing the compilation (under GCC) errors doesn't appear to be that daunting.
