Add an example to the openvswitch plugin README for outside communication

202 -> 200

We need to do this for now since the QuantumManager (in the nova diablo
release) expects the return code to be 200 instead of 202. Once the change is
merged into nova (essex time frame) we can change the return code back to 202.
