Modify client cert 18.04 test plan for ODM testing

We'd like ODM do the same tests as CE QAs by using the public client
cert 18.04 test plan, so we do the following modifications:

1. Remove hibernate related test
2. Use "stress-suspend-30-cycles-with-reboots-automated" and
"stress-ng-cert-automated" instead of "stress-cert-full"
3. Add "stress-30-reboot-poweroff-automated"
4. Add "after-suspend-touchscreen-cert-full"
