Main change: svga support is removed from Debian version of lcdproc
as svgalib is going to be removed from Debian.

pkglib_PROGRAMS.patch: With automake 1.11.3, pkglib_PROGRAMS is not valid
anymore, so work around this by using my_execbin_PROGRAMS. (LP: #935216)
