Add backspace to go backwards in presentation.

Allows this nice pair of traversal shortcuts:
<space> = forward
<backspace> = backward

Only create slides from non-empty content

Modifies the content-splitting algorithm such that slides will only be created
when their text content has non-whitespace characters. Useful if you want to
have two "code" slides in a row, as the content between the '}}}' and the '{{{'
is marked as a "text" slide, even if it's empty.
