* Fixed trace.py to skip initial comments, necessary so that we are not
  adding statements before encoding declaration, contravening PEP 263
  http://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0263/

* Added example3.sh which downloads QuodLibet and runs with tracing

* Added example4.py which shows filter use through SimpleHTTPServer
