Change some wording

Merge remote-tracking branch 'alexghiti/int/alex/fix_licheerv_wifi'

Include a new definition for the canary desktop image

The new installer workflow is slightly different from the old one and the
variants are going to co-exist for a while.

It was also the opportunity to refresh some of the content, review the list
of desktop tests and use the new definition format.
