Guard around missing service config object

If a services charm was missing config options it could prevent the rendering
of the inspector by raising an exception.

Visual updates to sharing links

Per design changes, the sharing links are now permanently visible in charm
details. This branch makes them part of the charm details view; the links are
added to the template, and the (very minor) bit of behavior they have is added
to the view. Specifically:
-There is a new event for '#sharing a' which handles opening them in a new tab.
-Render now generates the extra data for the sharing links
Additionally the old sharing stuff is ripped out.

Add a home link to the search widget.

- Adds the buttons and UI for the home link.
- Updates the search widget to listen/fire events for that click

Reduce excessive databinding updates

This greatly lowers the cost of having a large (600+) units in the
inspector. Past an initial rendering hit the system performs to over 2k
units in local testing.
