Description of the change

Update Wubi to use vmlinuz.efi on the 12.04.2 Ubuntu amd64 ISO.

Fix has been tested on 12.04.2 amd64 ISO in same directory as patched Wubi.exe.

The installation in Windows and reboot into Ubiquity succeeds with no issues, and thereafter boots correctly into Ubuntu.
