Lots of clean up for Emacs 24.4:

 * Drop support for XEmacs and all pre-Emacs 20 versions.
 * Fix the dumb problem with desktop-save mode saving bogus winring related
   frame properties.
 * Update contact emails.
 * Always initialize when (winring-initialize) is called. Since that's
   explicit there no use for a guard.
 * Add a kill-emacs-hook to clean up bogus frame properties mentioned above.
